先说明，我不懂任何这方面的法规。那房子最后究竟卖了多少钱，与这个纠纷有什么直接关系么？

既然有人拿卖房的价格为依据进行评判，何不先考察一下这依据的真伪？避免大家白忙活 。。。

是的，说实话我觉得LZ有些材料不应该暴露太早，这些证据和论据不应该在上庭前让对方有所准备。

何况有人即使把所有的材料放在面前都会有百般托词来应付，何必浪费这个时间呢？还是应该准备法律手段来解决。

当年OJ那案件，谁会想到最后OJ被无罪释放。

在法庭上，如果能够证明对方说谎，让其信誉崩溃，会对自己极其有利。

这个慌”多卖$5000", 不仅仅是口头的。

退了定金，事情也就结束了。

可人家就要立这个威，是否撒谎，人家根本就没当回事。你以为开发商像你一样，还知道要诚实，不撒谎。

如果卖方有意造成亏钱，违反市场规律（卖低不卖高），这就是个大漏洞。
明偷也许并非要立威，而是有人造成了亏损，现在骑虎难下。硬抗着。采取拖的战术。

一是这个贴子里的争吵让人心灰；二是从法律上，我还没看出MINTO明显的漏洞。。如果看出来了，也准备通过其他方式与BDW交流。。。

[FONT=楷体]Minto于2011年4月21日返还给我的购房合同，Minto未通知我，更未经我同意单方拿走我于4月13日签了字的ELEVATION PLAN和FLOOR PLAN；2011年5月25日Minto重新以口头的方式给我打折1万块让我买下Reduce Nook、Reduce Master bedroom YorkvilleC， 我当天通过律师给了希望打折3万块的还价。Minto不给我回音。5月26日，我因种种原因，无奈决定给了抗议信搬进去。Minto不同意，转身3天后打折10万卖给了另一家。[/FONT]

I took out a few very important pages from the contract, and initialed the other pages and signed the last page, made a copy and gave you back the copy.

Now some conflicts arose and you found out that your support information was in that pages were removed by me. You came to argue with me, and I said, sorry, that's your 致命缺陷, those pages only had your initials, not both sides' initials. You either lose your deposit or you buy whatever I as selling you, as is (I can provide you some discount, but please keep your mouth shut about those removed pages)
