同意,我看到一些Inventory的房价并不低,一个原因是已经包含了部分升级,比如3piece rough in等,至于到底比Listing价格高还是低,没有仔细计算过。
 
相同配置的情况,inventory绝对比正常交付的便宜,100 perncent。
 
你不要跟我争,我相信LZ还有除了口头承诺以外的东西。我只是想说明,诚信在唯利是图的资本家那里一钱不值!

其实,BDW争的也是“利”,并不是“复兴中华民族精神/文化”,所以,争“利”的BDW,并不比“唯利是图的资本家”更有诚信。

你如果有证据证明,争“利”的BDW比“唯利是图的资本家”更有诚信,请明示。

另外,把商业纠纷上升到“复兴中华民族精神/文化”的高度,有利用华人,拿华人当傻子耍的意思。
 
在这里买东西,凡是final sale还就是不能退不能换。至于质量、大小,在付钱以前,你得把眼睛睁大看清楚。

你肯定错了。 final sale 的东西只是你不能无故退换,其他的消费者权益仍然在那里。

you forget the market. if it's in an up trend, inventory can be sold much higher than the original price. just like bdw's case, minto sold the same house 5k more after a few months.

You are wrong. Final Sale: you cannot return, you can exchange. This was also one of options Minto proposed.
 
是啊,inventory含upgrade和lot premium,比正常交付的贵一点,很正常。
假如倒过来,是不符合商业法则的,那有refurbished比brand new贵的道理。
i remember clearly, price included upgrades and lot premium.

You were comparing Orange with Apple.

You cann't compare the Inventory price when BDW was offered with the price couple of month later. Compare them on the same date, please.

在英文的论坛上有个老外说地很好: some people do not want to understand the law. 俺不支持 BDW 的做法。

另一个老外说, 法律允许 builder 5% 的误差。俺又长知识了。就是说LZ 少的那点面积 Minto 可以不负责任。 法律保护 builder 多于保护 购房者。

事实就是如此。那些合同写地老长老地, 对咱么不利的条款埋在 最不起眼的地方。 根本就是不想让你看到。

俺就看不懂那些合同。那些语言,只有律师才能看懂。
 
对啊,因为有两个月的时间,按照市场价,当然涨五千,很正常。
但正常交付的是期货。啥都没有,你可以去design center,做任何你想要的改动。
但inventory是不能做很多改动的,这就是便宜的原因。

if i remember correct, bdw was offered 10k off *current* price to build a right floorplan house, the fact is, *current* price is higher than the old price.

for this incidence, it's clearly that bdw is on the weak side of two parties, and trying fight for her right (even she might make some wrong movements). if people could not offer any help, at least please stop bashing her. :confused:

不仅要搞清楚误差和欺骗不是一回事, 而且要搞清楚是基于什么的误差,如果基于厨房的大小,LZ房子的那个误差接近50%
