if something is recognized by someone with respect to....should followed by 名词或动名词。我建议改成：

CFC online advertising has long been recognized by many local advertisers with respect to its wide coverage, high efficiency in marketing communication as well as its effectiveness of reaching target customers.

前面有好几个人都说了。
