An armed and dangerous man has jumped bail, and Ottawa Police are warning people to be on the lookout. Jason Holmes, 24, has violated the terms of his bail agreement, police said. He is described as white, 5-10 to 5-11 tall, between 190 and 210 lbs, with a heavy to muscular build, dark hair and a light to medium complexion.
