刘师傅也有错,为什么几次容许客户欠钱的,容许客户欠钱不是一个good way to show how nice you are or how good your job is.

这位‘旁观者’你大概也该知道LZ买的马来西亚地板质量很差,刘勇事先就提醒过难以保证高质量吧?尤其所有的缝隙积压到最后。他建议过LZ退货,但LZ说是在一家小店买的,退货不容易,会损伤些手续费,坚持用这批地板。

我感觉刘勇为我们安装的地板,比Builder的质量好,他用钉子固定每一块木板,他第一天带来的替补小工按多伦多的标准Skip了几块,刘勇发现后都重新补上,说这样速度是快,但无法长期保证质量,他第二天就没有再带小工,自己独立完成了地板。

我感觉新房的地板有些地方有响声,咨询负责保修的工头后,说如果要修只能切割下来,会破坏整体的咬合,以后效果更难以保证,我就没有填在报修项目中。

昨天跟LIUYONG通了电话说起这事,我对LIUYONG说:你们CONTRACTOR应该列一个“黑名单”,对别的提供各种服务的人员或公司提个醒,避免此类事情的再度发生。LIUYONG说:这事过了就算了,我不会透露客户的信息。

我是懂的不多,可是你怎么比我清楚我家地板的?听说多伦多安装木地板价格比渥太华便宜,速度快,哪个质量好,我比较相信刘勇的。

In fact, if Liu answered our phone calles or replied our email, we wouildn't post here asking him to get in touch with us. We never told Liu that we will not pay and was planning to pay Liu if our potential buyer has nothing aginst us due to the crappy workmanship

实在看不下去了,Tarus, 如果你先回他email,你先付钱,他不会找律师,律师就不会让他不回应你。他用的是法律手段,你用的是威胁惑众的手段。懂了吗?再回帖,说明不仅品差,脑子也不好使。

I am not the contractor and not qualify to comment his work, the only way is to bring the third party for the estimate of repairing the hardwood floor. However, the fee is around $9000.

The first step which I did is to ask him repair, but he told me it neccessary to remove 50 pieces to fix one piece of damaged hardwood. I couldn't accept this idea.
So I told him that I will hire other contractors to fix the damaged hardwood floor and the repairing fee will be deducted from his payment and he agreed it over th phone.

The second step is to bring one well known local company for the estimate of repairing hardwood, they took the pcitures of various damaged hardwood pieces and told me the fees. Now it's my decision
to fix it or not.

I understand it not easier for him to make money, it's the reason why I took the loss ($9,000) in the first place. But what he did is to put mechanic lien to my property without noticing me first. I wouldn't know it if my bank officer hadn't been told the mechanic lien on this Saturday afternoon.

The I tried to email and call him for asking to remove the mechanic lien immediately before I take the legal action next Monday.

If you are his friend, please let him know the consequence of the legal action.

As I know, he has young kid.

It's reason why I email and post in CFC to give him last chance but seems that he refused to remove the mechanic lien.

Please understand it's not easier for me to make $9,000 either.

As I warned you many times, if you don't answer my phone
call. It will force me to do the following things:
1. Make one claim to Ontario Ministy of Consumer Services about
your business. As far as I know, the minimal fine is $50,000.

2. Report to CRA for you to hire the students without any experience to work for you for leading bad quality work for my home renovation.
You will see how CRA traces you until you are exhausted.

3. Depends how much damage you did to me because of mechanic lien attached to my property, I will sue you either in small claim court or super court for over $25,000. You may lose everything you earned.

I already took over $10,000 damage due to your bad work and don't want to take another hit.

I am a chinese and don't want to push you into the corner, however I will do them if you don't remove the mechanic lien from my property immediately.

Please call me immediately and settle the case!
