请教下给小孩改名问题。

One time change. the earlier the easier due to the less documents. You can give a name that you want to be changed at the beginning to the school. I provided the certificate of name changed when his health card/SIN was expired and Canadian citizenship application, indeed my child only had a health card at that time. That's all. I think it's worth to do that. Easy for others to call, easy for any paper work in future.

例如，凡是X开头的字，外国人都不知道怎么读，Xu, Xue, Xie, Xiao。那姓傅的Fu，还有 He, She, Shi，咋整。

名字真没有必要改，那是自己的文化的一个部分。有教养的人不会在意你的名字难念，我看很多在这里出生的穆斯林都没改名，人家就proud.

我儿子的名字不是难念，如果只是难念，我也无所谓，我的名字也很难念。只是实在是太容易有歧义了。

我个人的理解是，只要有了官方的改名的证明文件证明你曾用名就没问题。
