我不认同抵制奥运会是个好主意。
历史上发生过多次。不抵制的国家正好多拿奖牌。这世上缺了谁不能开运动会啊！

孟晚舟案:法官、辩方及检方都说了耐人寻味的话
代表美国的加拿大检方表示，除去地缘政治等因素，孟案不是一个不同寻常的案件，它与其他加拿大所审理过的引渡案无异。加拿大总检察长的律师 Robert Frater8月12日曾表示：“这不过是一则涉嫌向银行欺诈或隐瞒信息，以获得银行服务的一起案件，不能算是非同寻常的事情。”
然而，孟晚舟一方并不这么认为。针对美方的“诬告”一事，孟晚舟一方搜集到大量证据都显示，孟晚舟并没有隐瞒华为与那家伊朗公司的关联，而且汇丰方面也很清楚两家公司的关系。
就连汇丰银行方面，也应孟晚舟一方的要求，拿出了相关证据，证明汇丰的人员很清楚华为与那家伊朗公司的关系，并不存在被孟晚舟误导的情况。但吊诡的是，即便美国政府涉嫌诬告的事实已显现，加拿大法庭却一度拒绝引入这些对美国政府极为不利的证据。
不过，按近日最新的庭审现场记录来看，审理此案的加拿大法官Heather Holmes也终于有些绷不住了。她不仅罕见地对加拿大检方提出了质疑，甚至在本次庭审上说出了这么一番大实话！
原来在加拿大总检察长的律师 Robert Frater 开始提出证据之前，BC省最高法院副首席大法官 Holmes就质疑美国是否解释了它所指控的孟晚舟女士所犯罪行的本质，尤其是此案与美国制裁伊朗的关系。
法官Holmes在法庭上问加拿大总检察长的律师 Robert Frater ：“我不明白的是，与伊朗政府打交道的简单事实，是否会被视为越位而遭受制裁。”
Frater回答说：“不，很明显，伊朗生意也有好坏之分。”
法官Holmes问：“你能在ROC中给我看看哪些属于好生意，哪些属于坏生意吗？”
Frater承认：“ROC中没有明确申明哪些属于好生意哪些属于坏生意，但是有一个‘合理的推断’，即一些与伊朗做的生意是合法的，孟晚舟坦率承认与伊朗做生意。”
Frater说：“她承认华为在与伊朗做生意。她也承认华为与 Skycom 合作。如果与伊朗的所有生意都被禁止，那么孟晚舟承认这一点就显得毫无意义。”
法官Holmes表示：“我一直被这个问题困扰，ROC中如何把这一切说清楚的？怎么确定某些事情涉及制裁，而另外一些事情则不会被制裁。因为只有存在这样清晰的背景，人们才能评估孟晚舟向汇丰做出的幻灯片陈述中所说的内容是否具有欺骗性。”
Frater在午休后重新进入庭审时回答法官，他说华为在伊朗做的生意当然是被允许的——但在美国进行的美元交易是被禁止的。
随后，法官继续质问，对于一家设有风险委员会的大型银行会信赖一个对不受其控制的公司的人的保证是否合理？她同时问道，“这么一起欺诈案，却在许多年后，并没有任何实际的损害出现。而且，这起案件所谓的受害者，一个大型机构，看起来里面有不少人都掌握（华为和伊朗公司的）情况，这并不寻常。”
法官这番话一度搞得加拿大检方有点下不来台。检方的律师连忙提醒Holmes说：“可你自己之前也说过，（汇丰）有些人可能知道（华为与伊朗公司的事情），并不代表没有发生欺诈”。
但Holmes仍然表示：“我只是觉得，没有实际损失和相当清楚（华为与伊朗公司的）实际关联这两件事，都在此案中存在，这是不寻常的。”
于是，加拿大检方的律师只得再次提醒Holmes说：“这些情况是（美国法庭）在宣判时才考虑的，是关系犯罪严重程度的”。
而Holmes听后回应了一句：“谢谢”。
上述各方耐人寻味的对白，似乎给孟案添加了蒙太奇画质。
最后一场听证会预计持续到下周中，北美报告持续关注。
