这回局面非常复杂,在卡北社区核心高尔夫区开发1500户5000人巨无霸项目,影响的已经不仅仅是紧靠高尔夫球场的居民,而是对整个卡北核心区(417高速北,TERRY FOX, MARCH ROAD)圈内的目前26000居民未来的社区价值,房屋价值,学区划分产生深重影响,现在所有的在此圈内的家庭都成了直接利益相关方。大会选址在旗舰高中EOM大礼堂,意义重大,不想再解释了。

Dear Neighbours…

There was a great turnout for Councillor Jenna Sudds Community Meeting on the ClubLink redevelopment plan last evening at Brookstreet. Everyone was pleased to see Mayor Jim Watson out and showing his support for our community. The City of Ottawa website is now a one-stop location for all the information around the ClubLink proposal. There is a lot of reading on the proposal and the processes and timelines that the city is using to address it. It does take time but it is something you should do to make sure you understand what ClubLink is proposing and, to try and put your head around the negative changes that will result for your family and home and our community.

We are digesting it at the KGPC too, but we are also very engaged in creating a community meeting with the information about choices you and your neighbours can take proactively to protect our community. We will present a group of experts to give you unbiased information around the most appropriate steps that we can make to STOP CLUBLINK. Read all about our STOP CLUBLINK meeting below. It is important for everyone to attend. The auditorium at Earl of March will seat 750 people. Please plan to be there!

The time for the community to take action started on October 9. The protection of the green and open spaces at the heart of our community requires each of us to participate.

这方案不错啊。以前高球场边上的住户仍然可以看到草地。新建高球场中的外圈住户也能看到草地,草地共享,不错啊。

巴屯是脑袋亮,还有丽处那样的土豪住的,咱哪里住得起巴屯。咱现在只能和鸭住一起。
 
不管住侃屯哪,这次都得支持热掐老师,不行合伙把地买下来平摊地税也行。。。不过每年多个几百
侃屯已经够堵了,再要造这么多房子,商业娱乐配套得紧张成啥样,这不单单是侃屯一个社区的问题,
带来的是整个卡北无论是生活还是学习资源的供需紧张,现在已经感觉的人太多了,资源已经不是一般的紧张
 
从社区村民的部分反映,老夫来谈谈这1500套5000新居民(假设clublink赢得话)未来而的可能面临的问题。还有不少人存有侥幸心理,以为买这1500套就进高尚社区了。

看看开发规划图,密密麻麻,最大户型44尺,相当于rr 1,2,3绝大多数single中最小的42尺这一档,而且rr房间间距大,这新的1500套就是见缝插针,把整个golf 区降到密集的住宅群。居住环境类似于巴屯ldh高中附近的居住环境。在规划中还有12-15个类似现在兵营结构的中等密度的,这些兵营以后谁会入主,那可是十几个定时炸弹。还有社区人和问题,想想新的1500套和现在利益极度受损的原居民区混杂,新居民推开4面窗户中至少两面中就会迎来何种的目光和人气呢,风水晓得伐,自己闭目想一下,就应该能感觉出来吧 。唯一的盼头就是这eom中学。但在1500套计划坐实后,eom因素中唯一能继承的就1.5个因素。图书馆的便利确实能继承,其他的就难说了。

关于入住价格,我掐算从奸商罔顾道义的嘴脸,我预测最大的43,44尺户型能卖到超过目前rr52尺的价格。咱们走着瞧。

Eom成功的经验教训,都在掐指界的小本本上呢,如果大家都心存侥幸,放任不管,或以为能抄底,那就good luck了。

如果真到了局势不可挽回的地步,不排除把原eom优良传统和压箱底的宝贝带走入伙新高中,把原eom的精神在新高中发扬光大的可能性。

大饼不能摊得太薄. 增加人口密度是这几年渥太华城市发展的大趋势.
占两个高球场, 这都不算啥. 我估计下一步是侵占GREEN BELT, 实验农场啥的都难保了 ...
