网络遇到问题不知道该怎么办，希望帮忙给个建议

i had the same problem with Rogers, after i changed to CIK , cik never call me about my pc has the virus.

我觉得是借口，建议直接网上投诉吧；除非让他们给出明确的理由。

不懂英文，这几次都是请人帮忙打电话和他们商量的，好说歹说的把网给接通了，这又要停吧，真愁人啊
