房屋市场要完了

渥太华房价本来就不算贵,2500平方尺也就25万左右,再跌能跌到哪里去?

From your point of view, you are a LOSER for sure. Actually I am not worrry about housing price UP or down. Like you said "房价不是央行能控制的,是市场制衡". Remember there are a lot people who can afford $30K house in Ottawa. Do you know the salary range for a goverment employeee? Do you know how many goverment jobs created last month? Did you visit the your friend house? You need make "High level" friend if your friends live only in an appartment. Try to increase your level if you can NOT afford a $30K house. Please work hard and make money. No free lunch. Hope you can afford a $40K house. In that time you are not 阳萎, at least now you are. Good luck!

脱下你的马甲让大家看看你是个什么东西,你怎么个HIGH LEVEL,怎么个HIGH-QUALITY?。要不你挣多少都还是乌龟一个。张嘴闭嘴LOSER/WINNER的本身就是个LOSER,因为你非常浅薄和无知。你唯一能证明不阳萎是买了HOUSE,但证明得了吗?物理上解决了吗?

:cool: :cool: 狠同意。就算有钱买30万的,降的话可以买现在35万的,或
省1-2万买条船多好。
除了房产dealer狠生气,5万的6%可不少要。可能是说出了每天都想和客户说却不敢说的话吧。

除非你打算在你的房子里至少住5年以上(换句话说,在渥太华呆5年以上),否则买房和租房,算上税和要长期承担的义务,基本上一样,因为前几年基本上是在还利息。如果你说买房子来投资,那还不如把钱投进优质房地产股。自住就自住,投资就投资,美其名曰地两者兼顾,不是自欺欺人,就是让agent把你给鼓动了。
