If you like business, just start doing something. There must be some small business you can start with. Doing what you like is more important than doing what the others want.

很多Ph.D.

IF you want to find a job after graduation don't study CS. Never get you anywhere, except if you really love it.
Why don't you study something else that can get you a good job?
Like doctor, lawyer, dentist, engineer.......those will get you a good job, they are worth your time and money. NOT CS

you are not too late at all.........fortunately you are still young.

Be realistic, man. Language is the biggest challenge to our fellow chinese to take the professions like Lawyer and Doctor. As matter of fact, very few chinese, excluding ABC or CBC, are working in these areas. Our next generation won't have this problem and they can go for it if they like.

CS is not going to be as hot as before for sure, but it's still relatively easier to us to get in and earn a reasonable living. It's not fair to state that everyone can learn CS. I am talking about the formal training process. The B.S. degree in Computer Science from Canada still has the good reputation. M.S. holders in CS vary much and are hard to judge. The bottom line is that no matter what careers to chose, you have be to realistic. Again, this is not applicable to our next generation. They can dream whatever they could imagine, and their limit is the sky.

or study biology science. Although you can't make a lot of money, you can find a job as a technican in the university, hospital....

WE SHOULD BE POSITIVE. NO MATTER WHERE WE GO, WE NEED TO BE HAPPY. I JUST REALIZED AS I SUFFERED LOTS OF DISPPOINTMENT IN THE PAST TWO YEARS. LIFE IS ALWAYS FULL OF HOPE. KEEP ON TRYING, KEEP ON GOING, AT LEAST BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE AND GREEN GRASS IS FREE FOR YOU.

Hey, excluding lawyer, language should not be a problem to become a dentist, engineer.........
We can't wait for our offsprings to realize our dream.....

BE real, there's no jobs for CS.
I have a degree in CS and 2 yrs of co-op experience......so far....don't find anything.Dead End.period.

It is in this line of thinking, the CS market is satuated by our chinese.
I study like hell in CS......It is ironic.....I don't even like CS anymore. On the contrary, Administration was very easy.I have a degree in Business Administration too. didn't find job there either. I wonder if there is systematic racial discrimination in Canada, where the jobs are tight. Accounting maybe(just maybe) easier to get a job. but I don't like accounting.

I remember It was very easy to study Law (I had law class in Admin)

Go for where the demands are and where the money are.............Research the fields to see if you like and the job prospect after graduation.

Poor guy! How long have you been on the market?
