en, that was 板油,油渣 is fatty meat with油,but have 渣 when the grase are melt, 板油 have no渣 if they are heated.
It is fat, white solid fat, under some part of the prok's skin, could be the chest.:p :lookaroun

分特,lard到室温就化了,还怎么‘白玉’啊:wall:
 
No it doesn't, it's just like butter. It will melt if I heat it in microwave, otherwise it stays as solid. TenderFlake pure lard is not refrigirated, it's on regular shelf along with baking goods, in room temperature.

good for u..but 板油 and lard are totally different ..won't be the same taste...

嗯,大概是某个部位长在猪皮底下长的结结实实的一块油,一般是带皮2寸厚吧。如果炼油用,只会有非常非常少的渣,或者干脆没有。但是它是天生的板装固体油脂,不是炼出的猪油牛油再结成块的。
