Vietnamiese Lemon-Grass Chicken

做 起 来 超 简 单 ， 但 很 香 很 好 吃 。 在 越 南 菜 馆 经 常 有 lemon-grass 的 菜 系 。 ^_^

用 盐 ， 糖 ， lemon-grass 来 marinate chicken 几 个 小 时 ， 然 后 在 油 锅 里 煎 熟 就 可 以 了 。 很 下 饭 。

lemon-grass,好像没吃过,是不是和lemon味道差不多呢?请问你是在哪个越南超市买的?谢谢.

Lemon grass doesn't taste like lemon, it is really good, it has a special scent to it! The Vietnamiese 3-color rice, the meats are ususally marinated with lemon grass.

I forgot to mention, use the lemon grass generously to marinate chicken please.

The owner of 168 is also Vietnamiese-Chinese, maybe they have it there. I bought in a small store next to the BBQ store on sommerset, and next to it is MeiSing restaurant... >_< Make sense? Sorry, no chinese input on this laptop...

肉 丸 粉 丝 汤

今 天 忘 记 解 冻 肉 骨 头 ， 没 有 汤 料 ， 只 好 随 便 做 了 一 个 快 汤 。 猪 肉 丸 是 我 第 一 次 做 ， 味 道 很 好 。 :glowface:
