失眠好多天.有什么办法改善睡眠.

每天定时睡觉定时起床,白天多晒太阳,晚上睡前不要用电脑。平时不喝咖啡,茶。

Those are mostly hormones, not minerals or vitamins that you can buy from counter. Also these must be diagnosed and treated through doctors, not DIY
