Karry FortinThey had multiple opportunities to disclose the information and they chose not to. They shouldn't be separated from their child, I agree. So they should go back to India and be with their son until they sort it out. Rules were broken I am sick of every...See More

Karen J ShaverWhy didn't one of them stay with their child? Everyone must apply legally and they didn't. They didn't disclose the pregnancy to CIC. They should have, and it's their fault this happened.

"In general, if someone has a baby before applying to immigrate to Canada, they are expected to disclose that," he said. - if she "states" she told them she was pregnant why the issue? This reads as if they DIDNT tell immigration Canada they were pregnant??

Chris HonzyboyThey lied on their application. Why should an exception be made for their misrepresentation? They should sue their stupid immigration 'consultant'.
