你的麻辣肠没有熏过!
也有熏过的,我家的人各人口味不一样,都得给他们准备好了,不然这个有吃的,那个就没吃的了.唉!只能在家当全职妈妈伺候他们.

I was looking all over for this post, and only found out that it's been stuck on top. :p

Conan, was it hard to stuff the sausage casings? It took us about 2 hours to stuff only about 5 lbs of sausages, the casings are so thin, so easy to get ruptured. Is there any trick or tips?

没有工具一开始做起确实很难,熟悉后会快些,肠太薄,可以试试泡的时间短点,肠就会厚些.非常抱歉,很多我都说不出具体数据,只是自己做多了,凭经验在操作.
 
I added a little bit of oil to the marinated pork, and voila, the stuffing was much smoother. We were able to finish off the remaining 10 lbs in about 1 hour. Your recipe did mention oil but we didn't think it was necessary at first, I guess we should have listened to the expert. :lookaroun
