only 1 gas station arond 15 km for sale

we have one gas station + convinien srote for sale. it's along highway148 and if u go 35 min from ottawa downtown. there is 2000-3000 population in Thurso,and paper fraser,ambulance, transfer company in this town and fire truck in next town all open their company account to buy our gas.the first owner also sale pizza and the second owner hire 4 employee.before we value 1 million /year is too low ,at least 1.2million.we only sale bussiness,pls call819-9852183 if u r a real buyer
