The Terry Fox road will be extended not only to Morgan's Grant, but also way further to west.

The Goulbourn Forced road will not be closed.

There will be new community built on north of Richardson road. The new house there will be more rich crafted and so more expensive than Richcraft.

The sales 说一般每个builder 春天都会再涨一万。当然,本人认为2009年春天是个例外。
另外,大家觉得Terryfox修通是个好事吗?我觉得修通traffic太多。不通还安静些。

We once visited a construction site of Pheonix and entered a house just had frames built. We were surprised to see how poor the materials they used. Many of the beams are broken, split, or short... very crappy comapring to those of richcraft, urbandale or even minto. Surely the house could still pass the city inspection but for those who are planning to live in such a house for many years, I'd suggest you think twice.

Well, for 50' Lot their price range is 450K~500K, while Richcraft's price range for 50' Lot is 600K~680K. You buy what you paid for.

Surprisingly the resale house prices of two builders in Kanata Area (for similar size of lot and footage) are almost the same. So it is still a good investment choice.

I had opposite experience. If you talked about several years ago, I might believe it.
