The HST is still an issue for us. Should be a similar situation with Smiling666. But if they can finish half of the work before July 1, we will not be impacted too much.

Now the design center is making arrangement to talk with the owners of lot 103 to 115 to determine their foundation upgrades. Those houses should be started soon.

BTW, HST now is all included in sale price. So you don't need to concern anymore if you have not signed the contract.

As per Sue - the sales lady, if I remembered correctly, the 商业楼 will not be higher than 15f according to the regulation. You can talk with her if you're interested.

It looks like sun is not a problem, just the matter of how tall the house is going to be. I don't know if the main floor can be higher than the roof of the commercial building. And it's really hard to imagine how it's going to feel like living behind a building.

By the way, where did you get the cute image? it's really helpful.

You will have a very good view in a cresent.

The commerical building may not be in front of the house. It could be a parking lot.

You need to pay the property for the slope which you could not use. If you have little children, you need build a fence to protect them fall over.

The bottom line is that you should go for it if the price is right. If you really find anything you dislike after you move it, you can still sale it.

Hi guys, be fair, please. All she did was providing some information. And I guess the reason why she seems know everything is because she is also interested in that area and she has done her homework thoroughly.
 
To have a Phoenix secret agent is not that bad, it can be two folds. For instance, for HST issue, it is really concern for all our buyers. Phoenix should really do better to start building all signed houses ASAP. The tax does not go to Phoenix pocket either. Otherwise, it really loses some credits, we should pass this strong message back to the headquarter using this special channels. :D

On the other hand, at least Phoenix is humble so far, not like Richcraft being so arrogance in price and attitude to some of our Chinese folks. :o
 
楼上是不是在RICHCRAFT遭受过什么重大委屈的还是怎么的? 我觉得RICHCRAFT的DOREEN态度挺好也挺热情的. 说到涨价. 楼上的说法就更FUNNY了. 人家涨价又不是只对你中国人涨. 再说了, RICHCRAFT涨得是比较频繁,但是每次也就3, 4千. PHOENIX是不常涨, 但一次3,4万. 大家五十步笑百步罢了.
