my lawyer specifically asked the builder to include elevation pictures in addition to the model, floor plan, spec. etc.
i know what i am purchasing and the lawyer makes sure the necessary documents should be included in the agreement.

BDW说查到MINTO以434K卖给新买主.
这个434K应该是税前的价格, 记录在CITY的CONSIDERATION. 买过新房的查查你们的LAND TRASFER就知道了.
新房有个HST的问题. 中间算法很复杂, 因为跟各种REBATES有关.
根据我的估计, 434K的CONSIDERATION最后买主要多掏30K左右的TAXES和FEES. LAND TRANSFER TAX不算. 这个可能有点误差, 但是误差绝对很小.
就是说买主是花464K左右买下来的.
530K-464K = 66K
差不多刚好是BDW的定金. 不是巧合吧?
如果真是这样, 说明MINTO从收到PROTEST LETTER一开始就铁了心要没收所有订金, 之后和BDW的谈判全是敷衍.
