未来这3000个家庭可以预期的支出就是绿地维护费用,割草防虫,整理TRAIL之类的,这类费用不高,一户一个月50-80左右(我的估算,根据很多类似的非CONDO模式的社团组织的维护费用。)

A passive park is made up of trees, trails (the pathways are already in place throughout the golf course which is a huge bonus), water features and naturalized open areas (similar to the stormwater pond landscaping at Longfields Drive and Paul Metivier Drive). Dear Stonebridge Residents,
The official Stonebridge Levy results are now in and have been published on the City of Ottawa website. The final results are as follows:
We, the Stonebridge Working Group (SWG), would like to thank all residents for respecting the City run process and being patient with us during the past 8 months as we worked hard to come up with a plan that would be accepted by a strong majority of the community. It has not been an easy process but we are extremely pleased with the result and the number of households in Stonebridge that took the time to vote (approximately 66%).
- “Yes” to the Levy: 1,470 households
- “No” to the Levy: 741 households
- Blank Ballots: 0 households
- Spoiled Ballots: 6 households
Now that there is a funding mechanism, we will be moving into the next stage of the process to turn the Letter of Intent (LOI) into a legal binding agreement between Mattamy, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA) and the City. As a next step, we will be meeting together with the SCA to debrief and determine roles and responsibilities going forward, which will be communicated to all residents.

去年Mattamy也就是申请开发158幢房子而已,派了个working group去谈判。倒好,谈判结果是那158幢房子照样同意建,还要让每家每户交十年保护费,那还需要他们谈个毛啊?还道德绑架,宣传谁不交 谁就是不爱护绿地不关心社区。那么要关心就关心整片球场啊,怎么就不在乎那些对着158幢房子的居民了?
这次levy通过后,一群圣母心爆表的社区热心人士还在弹冠相庆呢,连居民委员会(SCA)已经成立私有公司都不晓得。有胆去问问这个私有公司的所有权?看人家洋大人会不会正眼瞅你。 还在微信群里热议怎么参与SCA决策呢,私人公司轮得到外人说话?
不懂别嗐说,non-for profit Incorporate 不等于私有公司,Incorporation 在管理制度,财务制度,审计上受政府监管更正规,更严格,应该是说你们居民委员会的管理更正规化了 。很多居委员会做不到 non for profit Incroporation 这一步主要是没有足够的资金。请个审计一年都要好几千。
具体Announcement 发上来不住这儿你也别瞎说。别把关键字private corporation给扣去了。人家公共的注册非营利机构,公开账目公开选举,当然没问题。这个SCA私有的corporation连所有者都不带透露的,你倒是管理去?
石桥花了七个米,拿到和Kanata Lakes差不多四十年前同样的status。。。Lakes的一纸agreement,38年未被挑战,石桥今后十年安稳。。到底这类agreement 在法律上的效力有多大,大家拭目以待。。Kanata的lawsuit,可作为石桥十年二十年后的参考现在巴屯石桥,形势不是一般的好,而是一片大好。
居然还有这么多石桥人还纠结于那一年小几百的赎身费,且佛晓了。我掐算石桥一房难求的情况大概率发生。
有多少人仔细研究了那158套气场和形势?我刚从100尺上空看下去,这158套之于现在石桥GOLF居民区,就如同10年前瑞奇山和KE之于GOLDRIDGE。完全没有利益和风水冲突。大吉也。
