如果发现一台电脑向外扩散病毒，网络提供方必然断网。

如果怀疑你的机器被控制，ISP是会断你的网的。
我猜你的电脑可能被安装了木马程序，成为黑客攻击其他目标的中转站，
或者成为僵尸机器接受指令自动攻击某个网站，比如不间断的ping 受害网站。
你家里有懂计算机的人，就安装一个Wireshark看看，如果没人使用设备时还有大量的IP包或者ICMP 包，十有八九就是前面两种情况，
然后看看这些包从哪台机器出来的，关了这台机，看问题还有没有，如果问题没有了，格式化这台机器就好了。
如果没有懂计算机的人，只有大撒网，
先把把关键数据，比如裸照，小金库账号什么的，LOL，先拷贝到云端，然后把操作系统restore to manufacturer。
按优先级一台一台恢复，台式电脑上，平板，最后手机。

一般的网上蠕虫用的端口，早被家里路由器的防火墙搞定了，
十有八九就是楼主家里有人乱下载软件安装在机器上。
比如约会美女软件，免费抽奖软件，网上赌场安装后免费送$100，
非洲独裁者的寡妇要求转移财产什么的，需要你安装保密通讯软件，LOL
