我不明白为什么这么难判断武汉病毒所是不是泄露过病毒，把他们所有在研究的病毒基因序列和和新冠比对一下不就知道了吗？如果真是泄露，基因序列应该百分百一致。这么简单的工作应该世卫组织调查团早就做过了吧。
如果是中国在疫情爆发前实验室正在研究新冠病毒，但是对世卫组织撒谎，这么长时间了我不相信能没人走漏消息。

美国制度肯定是有优越性的，即使拜登想干涉，18个机构，铁打的营盘流水的总统，谁去帮他作假？而且美国很多正直的人，如果接到通知做假，会捅出去的。以前历史上多次发生了，水门事件？洗衣粉？

退一步说，如果美国总统真可以指导所有机构作假，那就是比covid严重得多的问题。那样美国人完全有比担心人造covid 更严重更急迫的事要处理。
