I'm not voting Conservative!

What I like about the Liberal:
1. No troops in Iraq.
2. Same sex marriage right.
What I hate about the Liberal:
1. Entiled to entilements and it probably will continue to go on like this.
2. Paul Martin is a big fat lier and a damn good politician - how dare he pin the blames on Jean Chretian about the Sponsorship scandle while he was the FM at the time.
3. Serious health care cuts (when Martin was FM) and not allowing private practice to get in health care.
4. Taxing us to death !!!
What I like about the Conservative:
1. Promising to cut landing fee for immigrants (I am not taking it serious because I think this is scratching the itch from outside the boot - no use. But at least he recognized that immigrants are important to this country.)
2. Raise sex consent age from 14 to 16.
3. Promising no troops in Iraq (because we are tied up in Af.)
4. Possible better relationship with US, thus saves Canada money in soft wood lumber tax and the beef export issue.
5. Basically the converative's view is to run a smaller government and uses less tax, and leave taxpayer with more money, and also leave more responsibility and tasks to ourselves. For this reason they support cutting tax, privatize some health care facitilices, giving child care benefit (cash to parents) instead of running another buracracy agent like the Gun Registry did. (Liberals like to run everything by the government.)
6.. Mostly I would vote for the Conservatives to give it a change. Liberals have been in power for too long and it takes a dramatic change to fix some of the wrongs in the system. Just patching up won't do anymore.
What I don't like about the Conservatives:
1. Although he promised no troops in Iraq this time, I suspect next time Bush come up with something, he might follow again.
2. Let's not forget GST was introduced by the Conservatives.

Although the Conservatives are ahead in the polls, that doesn't mean they're going to win. The polls are useless.

Stephen Harper is scary. [ZT]
-He supports to take action in Iraq and Missile Defense. (Source for supporting Iraq invasion, Maclean’s, August, 25, 2003)
- He is AGAINST preventing Child Poverty (Source, The Bulldog, National Citizens Coalition, February 1999)
- He has called IMMIGRANTS "people who live in ghettoes and who are not integrated to western Canadian society" (Source, The Report newsmagazine, January 22, 2001)
-He is a FLIP-FLOPPING b***h (opposed and now approves of former PM Brian Mulroney / was against and now supports being a Libertarian / supported and now opposes gun control

-He has a false relationship with Aboriginal Canadians in which his "central doc**ent" regards the First Nations as "SAVAGES" and that Canadians should ignore them and there shameful conditions.
-He is AGAINST limiting or banning financial donations for electoral campaigns from big businesses and unions. Note: NOW HE IS FOR IT!
- He made a STUPID ERROR and did not apologize for sending a letter to a First Nations group in which he had congratulated them on India's Independence.
-He is ANTI-ENVIRONMENT as he has opposed and called the Kyoto Protocol a "boondoggle" and refutes the science behind it.
-He has had motives to ELIMINATE Employment Insurance.
-He SUPPORTS PREJUDICE individuals and is a MAGNET FOR RACISTS (endorsed Rob Anders who called Nelson Mandela a "communist and a terrorist" / hired a spokesperson in 2002 who had once made a prejudice statement stating that school boards are being run by "diesel dykes" / neo-Nazi's and the White Heritage Front have been attracted to the leadership of Harper)
